More Tyke

My mom is hollering for Tank (Craig's little Dotson Dog). Tank is not responding in any way. In fact, he's ignoring. So, my mom is getting frustrated and tells Tank, "Quit ignoring me, Tank!. In Tanks defense, Tyke pipes in, "Grandma, Tank can't talk." Tyke, Kylie, and Masi with Tank

Play Time

While Lisa went to the wedding, Lori and I took all the kids to Outer Limits Fun Zone to eat and play.

I'm so mad this picture is blurry! So stinkin' cute! Alyx and Tyke did this all on their own. I turned around and they were just walking along hand in hand. Love, love it.
Masi jump roping. She and Lexie are pros at this game.

Lexie got some slime. Yuck!

Turns Out I Do Hair

Lisa came to town for her friends wedding. Before she came, she warned me that she and her kids were going to need some help with their hair. Lisa was a bridesmaid for the wedding so she needed an up do. She trimmed Alyx's hair, by herself I might add, and it was a bit scary. And lastly, she cut Elli's hair...into a MULLET!!! She thought she was "layering around her face" but really she just pretty much butchered it. I almost went into cardiac arrest when I saw it. Well, turns out I do hair. Yay for the Cunningham Girls!!!

First things first, I had to get Lisa out the door for the wedding. We were on a serious time crunch so I threw this together in about 15 minutes. Not too bad, eh? Check out this super, duper cute and fun up do. Not your typical, everyday do for a wedding, right? Well, that is pretty much Lisa in a nutshell. She, obviously, has pink in her hair so I thought I needed to spice it up a bit to match the color. But still keep it appropriate for a formal wedding. I think it turned out just right. Adorable, isn't she? Now here's Elli. Oh my dear mullet. I couldn't wait to get my hands, or shears rather, on this one!Chop, chop and off came the mullet. Yay!
So cute! And happy! She got candy for being such a good girl.
Alyx's cut wasn't as bad as her sisters. I think because Lisa didn't attempt to do what she calls "layering"!! Ha! I just evened up her ends and finished it with my signature style on little girls. They all love it and request it when I do their hair. The pretty, little heart do. :o)

Proud Moments...or Something Like That

When my sister's phone receives a message it says, "I got mail! Yaaaay! I got mail! Yaaaay!"
Tyke was over playing quietly with the toys when my sisters phone starts chanting this. As he is playing he is saying, "What the hell! Yaaaay! What the hell! Yaaay!"
Yep. That's my boy. :/

No title for this one. :)

Oh, I am SO behind on my blogging!!!!! This summer has been a crazy one and it's so hard to find time for this! But...I am going to try and catch up over the next few days. We'll see how it goes. Since my last post we've had several little trips with the kids (a couple of them I forgot my camera, which makes me so mad!!!) and Lexie's 9th birthday.

Happy Birthday to Craig and Staci

Happy, happy birthday to two of my wonderful siblings! I simply cannot believe the two babies of the family turned 26 (Craig) and 24 (Staci)!!! It seems I was just that age and they were rotten teenagers! ;o) I'm so lucky to have them in my life and I value their friendships very much.
Me and the Bro.Craig Top Five:
  • He is freaking hilarious! Craig is one of the funniest people I know.
  • His optimism. He always looks on the bright side of things and always gives people the benefit of the doubt. He is also very quick to forgive.
  • His love for my kids. I love that he loves them and isn't afraid to show it! My kids have so much fun when Uncle Craig is around.
  • Our friendship. I feel very close to Craig and value our friendship extremely. He is a very important person to me.
  • His zest for life. He is always looking for the next adventure and is up for pretty much anything.

Happy Birthday, Craig! I love you, Little Brother!

StaciStaci Top Five:

  • Her willingness to help. She is always handy when you need a favor and is more than willing to help you out when you're in a bind.
  • Her random funny come-backs. She will randomly spit something out that puts us all in stitches. It's fun!
  • Her hair. I love that she is up for "whatever" when it comes to her hair. She is never afraid to whack it off in some funky, trendy style or color it quite edgy. I wish I possessed that trait at times. I'm rather boring with mine. :o)
  • Her tender heart. Staci is very tender and takes things to heart. One must be careful to not hurt her wee feelers.
  • Her goofiness. When the mood hits her she can be pretty dang goofy. She gets going and there's no stopping her! It's fun to watch and laugh at. I just love that side of her!

Happy Birthday, Staci. I love you!

Lovin' Those Summer Days!

Jett and I decided to take the kids to the Idaho Falls Zoo. The ride to I.F was glorious due to modern day technology. :o) Masi was so happy to listen to her new iPod which, in turn, made Tyke happy because he got to play her Nintendo DS, and Lexie brought her DS as well. No fighting or arguing the entire time. Yes!

Here's Masi with her new iPod. Yes, she gets all dolled up even when just going to the zoo. (Lipstick and all!!)Lexie didn't go to the extreme of make up but she did sport a lovely dress. :o)What a cheesy grin! Hahahah!
After the zoo, the kids played on the toys for a bit.
