Jett and I took our kids to Golden Corral for dinner the other night. Masi wanted some steak. As she's cutting it she asks, "Mom, what is steak made from anyway?" I told her cows. She was astounded and a bit disgusted. But, quietly, she began to eat her steak. We all carried on with random conversations for awhile as Masi, while deep in thought, continued to slowly eat her steak. Finally, she looked up at me with this indescribable look on her face and says, "Mom, it's a good thing I'm not a cow."

I have had those conversations at home before too. I love it when one kid asks the other "how does that pig taste?" :0)

That's great! I love how their little minds work! :)
I think if vegetarians hear about this it will be there new "motto" or selling point of why you should be a vegetarian. Masi's so funny, there little minds are always working.
