...that you fell asleep...while on the PHONE?? Ha!
Me and my sister, Lisa, are talking on the phone last night around 10 pm. Mind you, she called me. We're talking the usual and I get going on some story. I finish and wait for her reply. Nothing. Finally, I say, "hello?" Silence. A little louder, "HELLO?" She replies, "oh..hello?" I start chuckling and ask her if she fell asleep. She said, "yeah. I think I did. That is so weird! I didn't even feel tired!"
I am laughing out loud while typing this, by the way. It was SO funny!
We continue on with our conversation and I went off again on another story. I finish. And...you guessed it. Silence. So, this time I just sat in silence for like 20 seconds to see what happens. Nothing. "Hello?" I say. "Lisa? Did you fall asleep again?" Suddenly she said, in a slightly defensive tone, "NO!" I immediately start laughing my face off. HARD! She then tells me, "oh man! I think I actually dreamed that time. I just dreamed that I fell down the stairs at school with all my books in hand!" I can barely even stand it I am laughing so hard. I said, "um, Lisa, I think you're tired. I will let you go and I will talk to you tomorrow."
We then got off the phone and I chuckled to myself for a good minute or two. She is SO FUNNY!!!

I've done that before! At least you're sisters. I did it when I was a teenager and this boy had called me, I felt so bad, kind of, I wasn't really into him, I think he figured that out after the phone call.

Cori- if my memory serves me correctly i believe i may have done this to YOU when we were in HS??? remember it was at night and you were talking and i fell asleep. but i never woke up. the next day at school you were like, "uh, kristi, what happened last night???" i was confused until you told me and then i remembered talking to you. i remember waking up and the phone was off the hook but i just thought that i knocked the phone off it's receiver. hahahaha....do you remember this at all?????
That is really funny. You must be really tired to fall asleep while talking on the phone!! I fall asleep watching TV all the time and I have fallen asleep while Shane was talking to me before IN PERSON which might be worse than on the phone. :)
I started laughing as soon as you said you comented back on my blog. I do remember a time you fell asleep and it wasn't on the phone in was in the stinking tanning bed! Remember that one. I dont remember you falling asleep on the phone but I will never forget the tanning bed cuz I thought u were dead. I had to get the lady from the front desk to go make sure yo
u were ok.
OH cori!! i almost forgot!! remember the picture i drew of that dreadful day? HOW EMBARASSING!!!! HAHAHAHAHAH!!! dude...totally naked. geez. o well the lady was like 90 who came in to wake me up and was probably envious of my young, hott bod! tee-hee!!!
Oh the good times we had. Adi just asked me whats so funny? Im cracking up here! Good times good times.
